On several occasions I have mailed greeting cards across town only to be delivered a week later. Recently I mailed 2 greeting cards on March 23rd and they still have not been received by recipient. It's now April 10th!! Gift cards inserted. Let's see if they are ever delivered and if gift cards are still enclosed! On a positive note, my home mail carrier is great!
Like most post office this one is TERRIBLE as well. The nasty worker answered the phone sounding as if I had the nerve to bother her. I had a VERY simple question. Do you carry this specific stamp in the store. (It's a fancy stamp for my wedding invitations). Left me hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back they picked up and hung up TWICE. The 3rd time they wouldn't answer the phone and just left it ring at least 40 times before I just gave up and hung up. The post office is 20 minutes out the way so thought I could make a simple call to ensure they had the product I needed GUESS NOT!
No mail service at my office for two days now. Yesterday's excuse was that the mail truck broke down. Assured me that delivery would take place on normal schedule today. 7 pm and still waiting. I depend on the mail to receive payment from customers. No mail, no $, no problem for USPS.
Huge thank you to the woman that helped me at the front desk this morning. I knew it would be a complicated trip, and I usually feel really embarrassed that I hold up the line when that's the case. She was the only person working the desk, but she helped me do what I needed to do with a positive attitude and was easily able to help other customers that were there for quick trips. I don't think it's fair to make people wait in line for quick trips, including if the hold-up is myself. She did a great job.
Worst post office I've ever been to. Worker here extremely rude and unhelpful. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!
