I moved out the other day, Theresa was quick and friendly!! She needs a cart to get around, it had started raining really bad when we went back to check the storage. Thankfully she offered me an umbrella!! Great customer service!!
Friendly, knowledgeable customer service these days is hard to find. I have had to relocate and now have a much smaller home so I needed to find additional space that was convenient for me. This place was perfect, its right on my way to and from work downtown but still close to home if I need to get something out. Teresa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable about placing my things in storage here.
